S. A. Seaman Concrete Construction, Inc. has operated continuously throughout Southeastern Virginia since 1988, with concentration on the Commercial, Industrial, Government, and Transportation sectors. Steve Seaman, company President, continues to be directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. We typically self-perform our work with our own employees and equipment; subcontracting less than 5%.
